HAFLAH means celebration.

Every celebration comes down to one question at the door: who's actually here? This is how we came to answer it.

حفلة

haf·lah · Arabic for “celebration”

The night it started.

  1. Nobody knew who was coming.

HAFLAH was born at the founder's own wedding. The guest list was massive — and completely unmanageable. There was no way to know who had actually confirmed, who was bringing extra people, or how many guests were already at the venue at any given moment.

  2. So the night ran on guesswork.

Without a reliable headcount, the catering couldn't keep up. The couple's entrance was delayed because no one could tell whether enough guests had arrived to start. The wedding party kept asking the venue to drop more tables because people just kept coming.

  3. Afterwards, one question.

After the wedding, the question was obvious: why doesn't a simple tool exist for this? No more printed guest lists, no more paper tickets, no more last-minute headcount guesses — just a clean way to manage who's coming, track who's arrived, and give co-hosts real-time clarity so the host can actually enjoy their night.

That frustration became HAFLAH, built so no one else has to wing it on the biggest night of their life.

What we believe.

  • Know who's in the room.

The headcount and the door are the heart of it. Everything else hangs off who's actually coming.

  • Everything included.

No locked features, no upsell walls. You pay for room for more guests, and a small fee on tickets and payments you take. Every design is free.

  • The guest is expected, not processed.

An invitation should feel like a gift. Guests open a link, answer in seconds, and never have to install anything.

  • Obvious on first use.

Hosts, guests and the people at the door are mostly first-timers. If something needs a tutorial, it isn't ready.

  • Every language is a first language.

English, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Spanish and French are designed in from the start, right to left included, not translated afterwards.
