Latest

Guests can ask you for more spots

  • Guests can ask for more spots from their invitation. Turn it on in Guest settings and approve or decline in one tap.
  • Invitations open in your guest’s language, so a phone set to Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Spanish or French reads it that way right away.
  • HAFLAH now checks email addresses as they’re typed and suggests fixes for typos like “gmail.co”.
  • Guests who use Apple’s “Hide My Email” now get every HAFLAH email.
  • A mistyped or old link now helps guests find the right one, and a finished event points to its keepsake page.

Fixes and polish

  • Browser tabs now show your event’s name, so it’s easy to find the right one when you have a few open.
  • If an event is canceled, guests now see a clear “this event has been canceled” message.
  • Times for ticket transfers, payouts and check-in always follow your event’s time zone.
  • The door scanner’s back button takes your co-hosts straight back to your event.
  • Refunds go through more reliably.

Bride's side, Groom's side

  • Split your guest list into two sides, like Bride's and Groom's or Women and Men, with their own colors.
  • Every guest belongs to a side. Each side can have its own start time, its own link and its own guest limit.
  • Schedules, rules, questions, seating and song requests can be for everyone or just one side.
  • Families with people on both sides share one invitation. For each part, you choose whether they see both sides, one side, or both together.
  • Co-hosts can be limited to one side, and see only that side's guests and messages.

Photos from every guest, and a raffle for the night

  • Turn on Photos and guests add their pictures from the event, for you to see, keep and share.
  • Feature your favorite photos on your event's page after the party.
  • Run a raffle: guests enter with their reply, you draw live, and everyone can watch the winner come up.
  • On a two-sided event, each side gets its own draw.

A better invitation, start to finish

  • Guests reply, buy tickets or book a time right inside the invitation, with no extra pages.
  • Add to calendar and Open in Maps sit right with the event details.
  • Still choosing a venue? Mark the place "to be announced". When you add or change the address, tell everyone who replied in one tap.
  • Add directions for guests, like parking or which entrance to use.

Run the night with less juggling

  • A new full-screen door scanner shows who's in, as they arrive.
  • One inbox for every guest message, with "Waiting" showing who still needs an answer.
  • Alerts now group by event, so you see what matters at a glance.
  • A Money page brings ticket sales, payouts and refunds together in one place.

  • Charge for a time slot — set a price per seat on any window, and leave the rest free
  • Money from your event arrives on a clear schedule, with a Payouts list on your account page that tells you when
  • Every guest in a party gets their own QR pass, so the door admits people one at a time instead of scanning one code four times
  • Read what your guests answered without downloading a spreadsheet — a tally for your caterer, and the names one tap beneath it
  • See your waitlist and who's on it, and cap how many seats one guest can book
