We only earn when you do
Selling tickets or timeslots, or taking vendor and sponsor payments? No setup cost and no monthly fee. For each ticket type, timeslot, vendor table and sponsor tier, you choose whether buyers pay the fee at checkout or you cover it. Free tickets and free seats carry no fee, paid ones start at $5, and the money goes straight to your bank through Stripe.

Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for an event, and that event keeps its room forever. Your next event starts free again.
What counts as a guest?
Everyone who has said yes, including the people in their party, plus any tickets sold. Invitations still waiting for a reply don't count.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Raise the limit from your event whenever you like. You only pay the difference, plus card processing: going from $50 to $100 costs $50 plus processing.
Is anything locked on the free plan?
Nothing. Every feature works on every event. Paid plans only raise the guest limit.
Do my guests ever pay?
Never to be invited or to RSVP. Guests only pay if you're selling tickets or paid timeslots.
Which currency will I pay in?
Guest limits are charged in US dollars. Ticket sales use your event's currency: US, Canadian or Australian dollars, or UAE dirhams.
Can I get a refund?
Within 24 hours of buying, before your event and before you've made real use of it (like importing guests or sending announcements), email legal@myhaflah.com and we'll review your request. After the event date, sales are final. Read the refund terms
